Dr. Colin Tamboline, one of our most experienced doctors, just retired and has had his shoes filled by Dr. Ruth Caden, who recently arrived in Victoria from Ireland. Journalist Hugo Wong has written the article for PNR.

“Tamboline said he is “not disappearing” after his official retirement date: he will be in the background on an as-needed basis. He said he is relieved and thankful that his patients would be taken care of.”
